We had been to Vietnam briefly before with Original Travel, and we enjoyed the experience so much the first time that we decided to go again to see more of the country. This time we travelled far and wide, with two very good short boat stays on Ha Long Bay and later on the Mekong. The guides were very good, especially the wonderful Hoa who looked after us in Hoi An and Hue.

The Concierge was very helpful and their recommendations were great. There were many memorable moments, including the motorbike tour of Hanoi, dinner on a pontoon in Hoi An and the Vespa food tour in Ho Chi Minh.

Thoughtful, professional and listened to our requirements and delivered. Faultless in every respect from hotels, excursions, guides, food recommendations etc. The Concierge was responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All memorable - the motorcycle trip around Hanoi was probably the highlight.

Frances was extremely efficient and informative - answering all our questions in great detail. The Concierge was excellent, always on hand to help with very instant responses to WhatsApp messages. The guides and drivers were outstanding - their knowledge was very impressive.

I would highly recommend visiting Vietnam to anyone who hasn’t been. There were so many highlights - the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and Siagon, the picturesque accommodation in Hue, Hoi An and Quy Nhon, and of course… the food and the people! The whole honeymoon was stress-free and efficient and we had great communication throughout with Original Travel.

Overall, we had a great holiday; it was all very enjoyable. It was really nice dealing with Meg. She was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her, and we would definitely book through Original Travel again.

Holy everything! WOW! We adored the Park Hyatt and our suite (which was a massive surprise) was gorgeous. What a lovely, chic and very classy hotel that is. Not over the top and deeply comfortable. We look forward to returning there. Six Senses is also an extraordinarily beautiful place.
