The planning and organisation of the trip was perfect. All the local reps and guides were great, without exception. Having a local WhatsApp contact was really helpful. The driver was excellent. We would not have changed the itinerary at all, Frances did an excellent job. She listened to our needs and had the knowledge / experience to address them. We had a bit of down time, but not too much or little.

Everything was easy. The sales consultants were very helpful and accommodating. A trip of a lifetime - we loved every aspect of it. I loved the app, it helped a lot to keep track of the activities.

Joyce was fantastic, so responsive and listened to the things we wanted to do so carefully and then found great places. The trip took us to places we would never have gone on our own. The entire trip was so thoughtfully planned by Joyce and the Concierge team was so helpful when we needed them, it could not have been better.
