Lovely itinerary, and it was good to know the Concierge was there if we really needed it. There were many memorable moments like Mysuru Palace lights, leopards in the safari park and the food!

We had some lovely guides on our day trips and some great drivers. The fast track at the airport in Tangiers was great, too! There were quite a few memorable moments — Chefchaouen was amazing, with all the tones of blue, and the road trip to Fez, with the scenery so different from what we expected. Overall we had an amazing trip.

The Alila was just amazing. As was staying in the desert. These two places made it a truly memorable experience. Everyone was very friendly and happy to talk to us about life in Oman. And the food was absolutely delicious! There were lots of memorable moments.

A highlight was obviously seeing the animals in the Galapagos in their natural habitat. The water in Costa Rica was beautiful and warm, and I thoroughly enjoyed the surfing lessons!

We had a wonderful experience in Egypt. We wish to thank you for all the arrangements. Cruise on the Nile on the Steamship Sudan was the best part. The view, atmosphere, smooth cruise and relaxing time was more than expected. Your arranging the Lady Duff Gordon suite for us was much appreciated. The staff on the steamship was very agreeable. Of the guides, David in Cairo has our praise. Not only knowledgeable, but kind and a very warm personality. All in all, I have high appreciation of your professionalism. Thank you again, James, for all your kindness and professional work.

We had the most amazing time. I think we had very high expectations at the start and they were comfortably met and exceeded throughout. A big thank you to you and your colleagues who were all fully committed to helping us get the most from our trip. The experience on the SS Sudan was exceptional. We were extremely happy with our room and, on consideration, preferred the period ambiance of our room to the more modern suites we saw. The service on board was exemplary. We felt extremely secure with all the staff, guides and representatives taking great care to ensure our safety. As a result we could really enjoy every moment to the full and were most definitely made to feel special and well looked after throughout. Our trip to Abu Simbel was well worth the drive and we were particularly taken with our guide Rasha on this excursion. She really listened carefully to our questions, and gave us clear relevant answers. Her command of English was particularly outstanding which helped enormously. Houda also covered an immense amount of ground in Cairo and helped us get the most out of our visits especially in the Cairo Museum. We have been so delighted with our experience with Original Travel I feel sure that we would be likely to book another holiday with you. Thanks again. This has been our best holiday ever.

The booking process was fantastic! Isabel and her team were so knowledgeable and helpful to plan exactly the unique tailored trip we wanted! The trip was absolutely incredible! The experience of being on the SS Sudan sailing down the Nile was unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for better guides along our way, with a special shout out to Dr. Mo who guided us both on and off the boat. He was superb! Also, special thanks to Aisha in Cairo (and our awesome driver there) who both heard how much I loved Koshari and arranged for a special Koshari lunch treat on my last day. And to Rasha who heard how much my wife loved dates and stopped along the way to Abu Simbel to pick up some fresh organic dates for her. The trip was amazing, but our guides especially were wonderful. Communication was easy, love the use of WhatsApp, and the app was a nice addition. Concierges were very helpful. As for the local representatives on the ground who met us in person, they were excellent! So much of it was incredible! Absolutely loved the camel ride around the pyramids. Staying at the Mena House with the Great Pyramid right outside our window was fantastic! The food (especially the koshary and falafel) was great. Everything about our time on the SS Sudan was a one of a kind perfect experience. Especially loved the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan and relaxing in the pool in the middle of January with beautiful surroundings. My wife adored Philae temple (and it's many cats) so much that after seeing it in the daytime we went back again for the sound and light show at night.
