We had the most amazing time in Tanzania, it really was so special, thank you so much for organising such an amazing trip. Jabali ridge was incredibly special. They went above and beyond to look after us and it definitely will remain one of my favourite places I’ve been. I really can’t say better things about the hotel and the staff. The chef was truly incredible and so considerate about all of our requests. Zanzibar was also beautiful, and the staff again were just impeccable. Hotel was stunning and it was all round an amazing week. Thank you so much for organising our sunset dhow, it was such a treat and was a highlight of the trip. Really appreciate all your help and thanks again for the best holiday.

Good expertise and advice on location. Great response to Covid delays. Great app. Great reaction and faultless response to a flight delay and missed connections. So really excellent/outstanding! Loved the app; good and commendable use of technology and also real time updates as our itinerary changed due to delays. Céline the concierge was quite simply outstanding in every respect, before arrival, dealing with delays, and looking after us in Mahe. Alphonse diving simply superb (fish life and healthy corals). Effectively private diving as only me/us on the boat. Sailfish snorkelling and witnessing turtle nesting and laying her eggs on the beach pretty special.

We were supported brilliantly at every stage of the trip. SS Sudan is the perfect way to see the main sights on the Nile. A special mention for Yara the Concierge in Aswan. She was the definition of going above and beyond in customer service. Thank you.

Every bit off communication from Original Travel was excellent, as were all the guides and the concierge. Steam Ship Sudan was sublime and the trip was a delight from start to finish. Thank you for one of the best trips I have had, and there have been a few.

James and Anne-Marie were absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and friendly through the whole booking process. They helped make my wants and dreams become a reality for my trip. Every guide, driver, meet and greet were all incredible! Everyone was very friendly and professional. David, my guide in Cairo, was very knowledgeable and sweet! Had the absolute best time. I am definitely working with Original Travel again for future trips and I have recommended Original Travel to my friends and family! I loved all my accommodations especially the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan, The Steamship Sudan, and The Winter Palace Hotel in Luxor. The app was very informative and helped me throughout my journey. Communication between guides and meet and greets were amazing. The additional services were absolutely amazing! Loved the meet and greet, fast track in airport etc. Loved that they got my visa ahead of time. Every day was a wonderful memory on my trip!! My favorite was probably visiting the Pyramids of Giza and riding a camel. I absolutely loved my time on the Steamship Sudan! I was taken back in time. This was a trip of a lifetime. I have always wanted to visit Egypt since childhood, and Original Travel made that dream come true. Not only was it a great trip, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Original Travel!

Frances was always helpful and came up with great suggestions whilst filling in the brief we wanted. The hotels were spot on and all the booked tours and guides were fun and informative, and the concierge was always there to help us. Highlights included Takayama and Hiroshima but everything was really amazing - Japan is like no other country. The whole of the Original Team were outstanding, thank you for making it a very memorable and enjoyable holiday.
