The whole trip exceeded expectations - and more! Particular highlights were the boat trip, hot air ballooning over Bagan, the elephant camp, birdwatching in Kalaw, and Amara Ocean Resort on the untouched beach. The guides were exceptional and the service was great - particularly at Governor's Residence. The people were all lovely. It was truly amazing - thank you.

Thank you arranging the most wonderful holiday - we had a wonderful time. Loved all the places we stayed at, they were perfect and we loved how small and intimate they were. Ibitopoca was a particular standout - absolutely wonderful and they had fantastic food too. Catucaba and Pincinguaba were magical locations and both were very peaceful and restful. Fasano and Emiliano were brilliant city hotels - amazing service and our room at Fasano was sensational. Julie, who took us on the tour of Sao Paulo, was absolutely brilliant and gave us a wonderful introduction to the Sao Paulo art world along with the Niemeyer buildings. Our guide in Rio too was brilliant and both were very flexible and allowed us to dictate where we wanted to go etc. It was a brilliant holiday, thank you, and I loved that it was all organised for us - I may never go back to organising a holiday ever again

Original Travel were very professional and knew how to adapt the itinerary according to our interests. The staff were very attentive and it was a very well organised trip, with a well-balanced, well-prepared itinerary, lovely destinations and well-chosen hotels. Our specialist advisor knew the country well and the concierge in Albania was always there to help. The experiences (guided tours, excursions) were always up to our expectations and we will always remember this trip fondly. Albania is a perfect destination for a truly original cultural trip.

We had a great trip to Nicaragua! Original Travel put together a perfect itinerary for us to discover the country at our own pace. ...thank you for suggesting Bequia and Sugar Reef. It was just what we wanted. Bequia is a wonderful island, fantastic relaxed atmosphere, great food and a corner of the Caribbean where mass tourism is yet to descend! Sugar Reef suited us perfectly - a true gem, quiet, beautiful and hidden away on the north east coast of the island. The owner, Emmet Pace, and his staff made perfect hosts.

The trip though the Rockies was breathtaking and I think we were there at the ideal time. Not too busy, and with some snow still on the peaks. Clayoquot was just tremendous - what a nice team.

This is the second time we have used Original Travel and we were very satisfied with the organisation of these two trips to Armenia and Georgia. Customer care, personalisation, services - everything was perfect. Our guide's perfect English meant we really got a good understanding of this fascinating destination. Thank you for being so attentive and always ready to help when needed. It was a trip that we won't forget anytime soon. Armenia has beautiful landscapes, and the people are exceptionally friendly.

The holiday was perfect thank you. We fully relaxed in the Chedi then managed a good hike in the mountains. Just wish we could have stayed longer at the Alila!
