The local Concierge in Costa Rica was brilliant! Some memorable moments were the wildlife in the grounds of Tenorio Lodge - sloths, tapirs, monkeys, and birds, as well as jungle walks with a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide (Kevin) with equipment that enabled us to see flora and fauna close-up.

The entire Original Travel team were extremely helpful. Extremely efficient responses, took the time to answer all my questions and tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted. The hospitality at both stays was incredible. Especially appreciated the team on board the boat who accommodated our dietary requirements amazingly, and put together a wonderful, memorable anniversary for my parents. The app and the Dossier shared ahead of the trip were amazing, and the airport services were a lovely additional perk!

Lucy was extremely knowledgeable about Egypt. She gave us a lot of options, great suggestions and guided us so we would get the most out of our trip. She was a pleasure to work with. Communication was outstanding from the entire team in Egypt. The trip of a lifetime! Our days on the Nile aboard the SS Sudan were the highlight. Our guides throughout the trip were excellent - extremely knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the history of their country.

The Concierge was able to very quickly make new arrangements in the event of cancellations, etc. We felt confident that we were in very capable hands. The Original Services make the trip effortless. The guides and ground handlers were outstanding.

We were incredibly impressed by Frances' enthusiasm and empathy as well as her professionalism and efficiency. The Concierge was easy to access and always responded promptly. A once in a lifetime experience. We were lucky with the weather but the logistical planning, the accommodation, the trips and the restaurant recommendations all proved to be first class.

All the travel documents, tickets and guides were brilliantly done and very helpful. I really appreciated having a phone call with Holly before our trip to go through everything. The travel plans were incredibly well thought out, and we adored each of the destinations. The temple stay in Koyasan was particularly wonderful, and perfectly timed within our trip to give us a pause to reflect. There were many memorable moments!

David really listened to what we wanted and he put an amazing itinerary together. We booked our trip almost a year in advance and David went through everything with us just before we were due to leave, even remembering that one of our group was celebrating his 50th birthday during our trip. It was a fabulous and varied trip. The Dossiers were very helpful and it was reassuring to have the Concierge as a contact - very impressed. Having the eSIM was an extra bonus.

Patrick was responsive and listened to what we wanted. The Concierge, Caroline, was really helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations. We were particularly impressed with the great work Henrietta did to get us to CDG airport when Heathrow was closed - as a result our journey to Guadeloupe was smooth and easy. The travel app works very well and we loved visiting the various islands. Probably the trip to the Earth Islands was a highlight.

Henrietta was fantastic! The Concierges Audrey and Jean-Paul were so helpful throughout our trip. Memorable moments include snorkelling with sea turtles, releasing baby sea turtles,and food and street art tours. Thank you for an amazing trip!
