The travelling was excellent - the Kasbah Tamadot was excellent, very good guides, drivers, etc, particularly around Marrakech.

Great hotel recommendations and itinerary. The app is great, we loved having all the information in one place. The restaurant recommendations were good, and we like that there are links directly to Google maps, etc. We didn't use the Concierge service but it was good to have as backup.

Frances was excellent, always available when needed. Every step went according to plan, I used the app for the itinerary and the dual sim was very useful. Everything came through when we needed it. We found our trip to the farm that you organised fascinating.

Your team were really helpful, provided good advice and listened to our brief. All contacts were excellent. Of the excursions, the dog sledding, the snow scooter journey and exploring on snowshoes trips were particularly memorable.

A memorable moment was seeing the Northern Lights - which was the main reason we went. The fact we just walked out of the hotel back door and watched them across and above the fjord (rather than having a long and convoluted journey to see them) helped.

My agent Izzy was patient and wonderful. She answered my questions quickly and gave me a lot of options. The hotels selected were in excellent locations and high quality. The app was great to remind us of our itinerary. Our Concierge in each location was wonderful - they communicated well and were a calming presence. It was a pleasure to know all our travel arrangements were taken care of ahead of time and our privately booked tours were the best.

The Concierge was super helpful and very responsive to our queries throughout. All arrangements ran extremely smoothly throughout. There were many highlights and we particularly enjoyed our time in Tasmania.

Everyone at Original Travel was helpful during the process. Your guides brought ancient Egyptians back to life. Sailing on the Steam Ship Sudan was lovely. The Concierge was absolutely outstanding.
