Absolutely outstanding service. So many 'extra' services that all worked and meant we had absolutely minimal involvement in the administrative sides of the trip. You exceeded expectations throughout the trip and it was one of the best holidays (and we've had a lot!) we've ever had. Would use Original Travel again at the drop of a hat and I'm talking to Frances this morning about a trip to the Himalayas. Well done guys; fantastic job.

My travel advisor, Pat, was excellent. Curated my trip though several changes and provided a great experience. Antarctica is a special place. Absolutely seamless organisation from start to finish. A truly fantastic and memorable experience. Incredible communication from everyone: greeters at the airport, Patrick (Concierge), and Gabriella (guide) were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Patrick gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.

Emily was incredibly helpful in suggesting an itinerary which met our needs and sorted everything out. She was also brilliant when I had to query our options to rebook (due to a family medical emergency). Thankfully, we didn't need to do this in the end, but Emily's assistance during a tricky time was much appreciated. Everything was great, too many great moments to mention. Good of the team to arrange for the Northern Lights to appear though!

The level of service was exceptional. Our guides, drivers and airport service were excellent. The local Concierge always touched base and let us know they were available, and it was very nice to have the liaison at the airport. The Steam Ship Sudan was fantastic.

Your team is outstanding. Henrietta had a few conversations with us, as to what we would like our trip to be, our preferences, abilities, etc. She then put together a trip that addressed every one of our wishes. We had a snowstorm in NY that delayed our first flight by 7 hours. Your team jumped into action and rescheduled connecting flights, booked a hotel room for the new schedule, and got us back on track within a day. This is my fourth important trip with Original Travel. Your attention to detail is what keeps us coming back.

It was one of our favourite trips ever. Cambodia delivered adventure, glorious islands with white sandy beaches, forests and lovely people. Our guide in Siem Reap (Chan) was in our top 5 in the world. How brilliant to arrive at our last hotel and find a surprise bottle of chilled sauvignon and a note from Frances and Natia. We love the sustainability at your core. The Concierge, Alex, was the best on-the-ground service we have ever received. Not only did she establish WhatsApp contact before we left, but she was 'always ready to help'. We were recommending your company to friends before we even left! You've created something brilliant, Tom, and retained the personal touch.
