Irchad, our Concierge, was absolutely brilliant. All of it was memorable. Oman is very special. This was our first trip with Original Travel and overall we were very impressed.

Lucy and Rogerio were very efficient and easy to deal with - it was a very smooth experience. We had a fascinating time and the arrangements were perfect. The Concierge were superb and completely reflected the fabulous hospitality of the Omanis. Irchad in Muscat was very interesting and Saeed in the desert was the perfect host. Having airport lounge access was certainly a bonus and the travel app works very well. Just a big thank you for a wonderful trip. I wish we were still there!

First of all the trip was amazing - it was a great way to see both islands, and an amazing experience. The South Island, Mt. Cook region and Milford Sound were particularly memorable moments. It was a very beautiful trip - for sure we will come back and travel with you again.

The Lapa Rios Nature Reserve was particularly memorable. I felt like I never wanted to leave. When we finally did I felt then and do now that I left a bit of my heart behind. The Concierge was terrific.

It was so organized and we had a wonderful time. Even though there were a few uncontrollable mishaps, we got refunded, and this showed commitment to a fantastic experience.

We adored Lake Atitlan, that was one of our highlights. But we also enjoyed the Mayan ruins, the villages, the hikes, the jungle and the beach. We appreciated Oliver's reactivity in finding us a car in Flores, when we decided to go there. Thank you to the team!

Our driver Sonu Deepesh was amazing! Always on time with the cleanest car and gave good information on route. There are too many memorable moments! The Kite Festival, Varanasi, Agra, visiting the village in Shahpura, the street tour in Jaipur, entry by tuk tuk into Jophur and nearly hitting an elephant, the people, and the colours. It was all wonderful.

We left the planning of our trip in the very capable hands of James and Ben and couldn't have been happier with the itinerary which was put together with speed and efficiency. Far exceeded our expectations with every detail carefully thought out and orchestrated. There were so many 'wow' moments it's difficult to name just one!
